Staff Rules

I have discussed this with Blue, and have decided to introduce the Mentor-Trainee Program. From now on, every Trial Staff member will be assigned a regular Staff member to be their mentors. Only seasoned staffies will be considered for the Mentor position. Mentors are obliged to ensure that their Trial Trainees know how to sell homes, help guests, conduct races, etc. Mentor...

~~Dream Rules~~

I: Don't use cloud floors in someones home or garden.

II: Don't use the perm signs, people get confused!

III: Don't create islands in the clouds, PERIOD.

IV: NEVER eject other staff members unless they have broken several rules, even after warning. If you are forced to eject a staff member, inform an owner IMMEDIATELY.

V: Be respectful to guests and staff.

VI: Don't unlock someone's house unless they can verify 2 specific items in the house. Then suggest setting a password.

VII: Respect all peoples' decisions, choices, and opinions.

VIII: Sell homes to whoever asks at the DESK, FIRST.

IX: Never AFK behind the desk. If you AFK while on duty, expect to be ejected. If you sit behind the desk, do your job.

X: Staff may NOT own houses, not even on alts. You may try to have someone rent you a room or own a garden though.

XI: Do not abuse share. You WILL be fired and ejected after the first offence.

These rules are subject to change at any time and without warning. It is also appreciated if staff give their opinions and/or reccomendations to new staff applications.

~~Site Rules~~

I: Do not abuse your moderating priviledges. You will be fired after the first offence.

II: DO NOT share application answers in the Accepted Applications forum with ANY non-staff. You will be temporarily banished and banned from both the site and dream.

III: Respect your trainee and give an honest evaluation at the end of the trial.
